Terms of Service

The rules for using WipStack’s beta, connected-source features, project reports, and paid subscriptions.

Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and WipStack. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. The beta service

WipStack helps organize projects whose chats, research, delegated work, code, and delivery evidence are spread across AI and software services. The product is in beta. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change, and some connection routes are previews or require separate provider credentials.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in methods, and activity in your private workspace. The current beta is individual-only and does not offer shared team workspaces. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Your content, project files, and permissions

You retain ownership of project information, uploaded files, and source content you provide. You grant WipStack a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to perform actions you request.

Free and monthly memberships currently include 1 GB of private project-file storage per account; annual memberships include 4 GB. Files have a maximum size of 25 MB each. Supported file types and limits may change as the beta evolves. Storage and downloading do not use AI. Supported file contents are processed as project context or sent to a model only when you explicitly request that action.

You must have the right to provide or connect the content. Do not upload malware or use WipStack to capture another person’s private account, bypass provider controls, violate confidentiality, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

5. Connected services

Third-party services such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub, Vercel, and Stripe are governed by their own terms. WipStack does not control their availability, APIs, exports, rate limits, or policies. A connection may stop working when a provider changes its service. You authorize WipStack to exchange the narrow information needed for the connection you select.

6. AI output, included allowance, connected model accounts, and usage estimates

AI-generated summaries, match confidence, next moves, prompts, and enhanced reports can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on or sharing them. WipStack is a project aid, not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

WipStack includes a limited monthly allowance for requested AI features through its production model connection during beta. We may adjust the allowance, model, output length, or enhancement frequency to manage reliability and cost. When the monthly allowance is reached, optional AI enhancement pauses until the next month. Projects, approved context, follow-ups, standard reports, sharing, and PDF exports remain available because they do not require a model.

If you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, you authorize WipStack to use the provider you select for requested AI features in that workspace; it takes priority, the WipStack-funded monthly limit does not apply to those requests, and you are responsible for charges, limits, and that provider’s terms. You may switch or disconnect a key at any time to use another connected provider or return to WipStack’s available included allowance.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use WipStack to break the law; harm people; distribute malware; access accounts or data without authorization; evade provider limits; scrape services in violation of their rules; interfere with WipStack; probe security without written permission; resell the service without agreement; or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the beta.

8. Free plan, subscriptions, and billing

The Free plan currently includes up to three active projects, one approved inbound-email sender, and does not require a payment card. Paid WipStack subscriptions provide unlimited active projects. Monthly includes three total approved From addresses and is offered at $20 per month; Annual includes five total approved From addresses and is offered at $199 per year. Eligible new subscriptions receive a 14-day trial unless checkout displays a different price or trial you accept. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You may cancel renewal from Account, and paid access continues through the current paid period before the workspace returns to Free-plan limits. Saved sender selections above a lower plan’s limit may be paused until a slot becomes available.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We will provide legally required notice before a material price change applies to a renewal.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using WipStack and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the beta. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or correct the issue.

10. Intellectual property

WipStack, its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by WipStack and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer our intellectual property.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WipStack will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party services. WipStack’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to WipStack in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice where required. Questions may be submitted through Contact.
