Can I use WipStack without a card?

Yes. The permanent Free plan includes three active projects, private intentional email capture, immediate receipts, WipStack Pulse, and contextual follow-ups.

What happens during the paid trial?

You can use the complete paid product for 14 days, including unlimited projects, ChatGPT and Claude MCP, private project storage, Slack, reports, and the included AI allowance. If you cancel, your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the trial.

What is an approved From address?

It is a verified email address allowed to forward work into your one private WipStack capture address. Free includes your primary address, Monthly includes 3 total senders, and Annual includes 5. Add and verify each email once in Account, then keep forwarding from personal, work, or venture inboxes without changing the From field.

How does project file storage work?

Free and monthly memberships include 1 GB of private project file storage; annual memberships include 4 GB. Upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, ZIP files, text files, and common image files up to 25 MB each. A supported document becomes AI-readable project context only when you explicitly choose Use as context.

Is WipStack for individuals or teams?

WipStack is individual-only today: one login, one private workspace, and one subscription. Team invitations and shared workspaces remain on the roadmap.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel renewal from Account. Access continues through the current paid period.

Do I need my own AI API key?

No. WipStack includes a monthly fair-use allowance for optional AI synthesis. If it is reached, AI enhancement pauses until the next month while projects, evidence, files, prompts, sharing, PDFs, and follow-ups remain available. Your own OpenAI or Anthropic key is optional.

What usage does WipStack show?

WipStack shows measured tokens and estimated cost for AI actions it runs.

What happens if I already have more than three projects?

Your projects remain in your private workspace. Archive completed or inactive work to return to three active projects, or choose a paid plan for unlimited active projects.
